GENERAL RULES
- Use Common Sense.
- Do not complain (aka bitch) about inconveniences or loss in roleplay or in combat. Make a suggestion if you believe something should be changed, and report something if you believe it breaks the rules. Otherwise you will be gagged and muted.
- Causing intentional OOC issues is grounds for removal from the server for any amount of time as determined by staff.
- Staff have final determination authority. If you believe that the final determination was insufficient, report it to the Head of Staff. Do not skip Chain of Command.
- Absolutely NO roleplay in the discords. Announcement and information channels are permitted for IC-use. You cannot be conducting RP (including council meetings) in discord. All roleplay happens in-server. (This includes demotions and promotions)--you also cannot avoid demotion by not getting on. The Founders will approve the demotion and ban you for NITRP for 3 days.
- Faction Leads may communicate to the Founders any requests from their faction. Councilmembers must go through their Faction Lead and not directly to the Founders.
RAID + SOLO RAID RULES
- Raids may occur when the following criteria is met; four of the eight planets (including the home planet) are under control of the raiding faction (this does not need to be adverted). There are at least three defenders, The raiding faction may have a raiding party maximum of two more than the defending faction. Example, four defending Jedi permit a six Sith raiding party, no more than six. When the raiding and defending playercount match, raiders have two lives. If the raiding party has more, they have one life, If a defender leaves and makes the playercount no longer match, the two-life rule will stand and vice versa.
- Defender NLR is as follows; Padawan to Master: 30 seconds, Councilmembers: 60 seconds, Faction Leads: 120 seconds.
- Loot RP does not exist during or after raids, example if a Sith captures a holocron and dies on Tython, the holocron cannot be looted and is considered respawned. This additionally applies to equipment, outfits, and bodyparts of characters (aka a Padawan cannot take the Sith Emperor’s lightsaber)
- PK Raids are permitted with Founder approval. See PK rules for more details.
- Raid Cooldown is One Hour
- Only Crusaders and Assassins may Solo Raid. They must notify staff beforehand of the raid and its purpose in admin chat, Solo Raids are permitted under Aggravated PK Raid rules if the aggravated player wishes to raid the aggravators factions planet, however they must be adverted.
- Solo Raiders can only be FearRPd if outnumbered 6:1 and under 100 HP, FearRP rules apply.
- Solo Raiders cannot use disguise kits during the Solo Raid. Disguise kits may only be used in missions.
MISSION RULES
- An organization can launch a "mission" ranging from assassination to retrieving opposing faction materials (holocrons, ect). Missions must have a straightforward purpose and have 2+ people involved unless the Crusaders or Assassins are conducting an Espionage Mission.
- Espionage Missions may only be carried out by Crusaders or Assassins. They can use their disguise kits during these missions.
- Missions have a 30 minute cooldown. Defenders have a 30 second NLR universally.
DISGUISE RULES
- Factions cannot use rosters or recordkeeping materials to identify disguised persons.
- Reasonable suspicion is needed to confront someone they believe is disguised. Not knowing them is not a permitted reason.
- Disguised persons cannot disguise in any rank higher than Master/Darth.
- Disguised persons must de-disguise when combat is initiated, and cannot re-disguise until they leave the planet.
- A disguised person that is revealed can be FearRPd with a 4:1 ratio and under 250 HP.
PK RULES
- There are three existing ways to be Player-Killed. Being PK'd results in a name change, demotion by three ranks, no more than the bottom entry rank beyond trainee (aka Apprentice/Padawan) (if Council+, you will be set to Master/Darth), and the loss of any Legendary+ gear.
- You must clip the entirety of the PK attempt, or have a Founder present to observe. PKs must be approved by the Founders.
- An Overthrow occurs when a Darth+, with support from two Lords+, attempts to overthrow the Sith Emperor. There must be a minimum of seven (7) Sith on to Overthrow. The Darth/supporting Sith cannot be demoted until the Overthrow is concluded. A Darth cannot overthrow to avoid an initial demotion, aka if the Emperor is demoting a Darth, the Darth must overthrow before the Emperor informs them that they are being demoted. If the overthrowing party loses, the Darth+ overthrowing is PK'd automatically. The supporters may be PK'd at the discretion of the Emperor.
- A PK Duel occurs when two players consent to a duel--with any rules said beforehand, with the loser (the one who died) being PK'd
- An Aggravated PK occurs when a player threatens the life or health of another player. A player has three days to submit a PK request on the basis of an Aggravated PK in either the form of a Raid or Confrontation. A Raid PK occurs between opposing faction members when the aggravated player (the one requesting a PK against the aggravator) announces “PK Mission on (aggravator) by (aggravated)”. PK Missions are 1 life. If the Aggravator is killed by the Aggravated, they are PK’d and vice-versa. If they died to other persons--they are not PK’d. If the aggravated or aggravator player asks or intentionally gets killed by another player to avoid death by the aggravated or aggravator, they are PK’d. If the aggravated player runs into spawn after a PK Mission is announced, it is a 3-day ban and the PK Raid can be repeated later.
- A Confrontation PK occurs between two same-faction members. It must be announced 10 seconds before the fighting begins. Confrontation PK’s cannot be used against Faction Leaders. The announcement must be phrased; “Confrontation PK against (rank name) by (me, rank name)”.
FEAR-RP RULES
- FearRP occurs when a force user is outnumbered 3:1 and has less than 350 HP. They should immediately put their saber away when this occurs, unless it is a duel. Councilmembers and Faction Leads cannot be FearRP'd on their home planet.
- Intentionally refusing to comply with FearRP when subjected can result in a PK if your character is killed for refusing to comply, there is no OOC punishment for breaking FearRP.
